With over 100 active Legion users running secure AI workflows across sensitive internal knowledge systems, SLAC had already built AI-assisted operations into its day-to-day work. • Centralize. Relevant contracts, policies, and compliance artifacts were aggregated into dedicated collections within Legion, creating a single workspace for the review team.
• Retrieve. Legion identified documents likely impacted by the updated guidance without manual search across disconnected systems.
• Analyze. Once centralized, documents were reviewed in context, allowing the contract assurance team to focus entirely on validation and corrective action rather than discovery.
